Everyone should have intimate exercise equipment just like a toothbrush,” say modern trainers and healthy lifestyle publications. But if today almost every one of us knows everything about how to keep our skin healthy, our teeth intact, and our buttocks pumped up, the topic of intimate gymnastics is still shrouded in myths and legends. You can easily google a list of necessary exercises, but none of the resources will give you a clear answer as to why you need to do them. Therefore, we will take this mission upon ourselves.
First of all, it is important to understand: intimate gymnastics is the same attribute of a healthy life as jogging in the morning or a healthy diet.

It is even more important to understand that this applies to both women and men.

And in fact, to maintain this area of your body's health, you do not need any expensive exercise machines with questionable effectiveness. All you need is 10-15 minutes a day, and a willingness to take care of your health on a regular basis.
Why do women need intimate gymnastics?

With age, the pelvic floor muscles lose tone, so they can and should be trained. And although you will be bombarded with the postulates “control the pelvic floor muscles - control men” from every Google tab, regular physical activity is needed not only to achieve results in bed and good orgasms (which is important), but first of all for health and well-being. Excessive stretching can cause, for example, urinary incontinence. It is often noted by women who have recently given birth when coughing or sneezing. There is also a risk of menstrual irregularities, hemorrhoids and other troubles. Here is a list of problems that you and I can eliminate using the exercises from this application.

  • tone the pelvic floor muscles;
  • reduce vaginal volume in its lower third;
  • prevent prolapse of the vaginal walls, pelvic organs, correct the initial stages of prolapse without surgery;
  • recover after childbirth;
  • eliminate hemorrhoids;
  • cope with stress urinary incontinence;
  • prepare for atraumatic childbirth;
  • normalize the menstrual cycle and eliminate pain;
  • delay the onset of menopause and make natural menopause easily bearable;
  • improve the quality of sexual life.
With the fair half, everything is perfectly clear. Well, why do men need these exercises?

For the same reason as women. The pelvic floor muscles are the same for both sexes.

  • hold the pelvic organs in place: the bladder, rectum and small intestine.
  • control urination, that is, protect against accidental "leaks" during tension, for example, during sneezing.
  • and a great bonus: they help the work of the bulbospongiosus muscle, which covers the base of the genital organ. And is responsible for erection and ejaculation.

The essence of imbilding is the alternation of contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles with the simultaneous work of the transverse abdominal muscle and diaphragm. These three muscle groups, seemingly located in different places, function in the body as a single whole and do not contract separately.

You can strengthen your muscles without any gadgets, surgeries or spells using the classic Kegel exercise complex - it is easy to do in any convenient place and position and takes no more than 5 minutes. Also, in support of Kegel, we have developed special sets of physical exercises that will improve the blood circulation of the pelvic floor and tone your muscles after the first month of exercise.
