Common questions

Is KegelFit a timer or a video workout app?

Both. The timer guides Kegel exercise phases. Video sessions guide visible movements for pelvic floor and whole-body workouts. These are different training formats within the same app.

Can the app check my technique?

No. Timer cues and videos cannot confirm that you are contracting or relaxing the right muscles. Use the exercise guide to learn the basics and seek individual guidance when needed.

What is included for free?

KegelFit is free to download and offers paid access to additional content. Check the current free sessions and paid options inside the app; prices and offers can differ between stores and regions.
