What the timer does
The Kegel timer guides phases such as contraction and rest using visual, sound, or vibration cues. It handles the clock while you focus on the exercise. It cannot detect which muscles you use or whether they fully relax.
What video adds
A video workout shows the trainer performing a movement. It gives you a visual reference for the session, while an on-screen timer helps you follow along. KegelFit includes video workouts for the pelvic floor and whole body alongside its Kegel timer.
How to choose for a session
Use the timer when you want phase cues for an exercise you already understand. Choose a video when you want to follow demonstrated movements and have space to watch the screen. The formats serve different purposes; one is not automatically more effective.
Keep technique separate from tracking
A completed workout means that you followed a session in the app. It does not prove a correct contraction or a change in muscle strength. For technique and relaxation, start with our exercise guide; individual concerns need professional advice.
